REDA HAZARD CONTROL INNOVATIONS
This Fuel Transfer Vehicle was designed and manufactured at the REDA Hazard Control Plant in KSA for Saudi Electricity Company. This innovative vehicle meets the requirements of the Power, Mining, Civil Construction and General Industrial Markets. The REDA Hazard Control Fuel Transfer Vehicle is suitable for a range of applications or stationary equipment connection diesel refill requirements, such as generators, lighting towers, pumps and more, on remote locations.
Based on customer requirement and specifications, RF&HC uses 4×4 International-USA, Truck Chassis Model-7300, 6-Cylinder, 230 HP Diesel Engine to build-up steel framework and body of 500 USG capacity storage tank, PTO hydraulic driven fuel 25 GPM pump. This pumping unit is complete with metering device, hose reel with fuel dispensing nozzle to refill diesel.
The vehicle is also configured with an additional length of hoses/reels and storage lockers for maintenance tools, spare wheel etc. 2×10-Tons GTW capacity heavy duty pintle tow hooks are attached for towing if required as well with movable work light and rotating amber beacon light.
Mobile Foam Proportioning Unit
Designed and manufactured at the REDA Hazard Control Plant in KSA for the protection of Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Metering Skid.
The unit provides the end-user with :
- 1% or 3 % foam solution using state-of-the-art unit of FireDos which is an accurate mechanical system depended only on volumetric water flow.
- Three outputs of protection 1) Foam Monitor of 500 GPM 2) Hose Reel with 125 ft hose line 3) Attached hose connection to be used whenever needed.
- Easy mobility within the facility using any light duty pickup vehicle.
Elevated Structure For Remote Control Fire Monitor
Designed and manufactured at the REDA Hazard Control Plant in KSA for Rabigh 2 Facility.
Heavy duty steel structure bolted assembly used for holding highly elevated remote control 2000 GPM fire monitor, up to 12m to sustain the reaction forces generated from the monitor during the operation, monkey ladder is attached to the structure for the emergency manual operation and maintenance.
